The only ‘rule’ at UKIO is when there is something or tension, share within 24 hours. So solutions, and everyone included, are still fresh 🔆
We collaborate with a clear beginning & end.
Which means, project-based, which can be both as a freelancer/other company, and also as ‘employee’, where normally it’s, e.g., 12 months, create a plan for these 12 months, with the first 3 months a clear plan + price.
In our international experience, this is the easiest for everyone. Including keeping track of time (which can be done separately).
